Order cut-off is 2pm 2 days before delivery.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message when our driver leaves the warehouse. This will provide you with a 2 hour delivery window.
To reduce packaging waste we do not use insulated packaging or disposable ice sheets for chilled items. These products are kept at a safe cool temperature during transport. If you have ordered chilled items and won’t be home to accept delivery, please leave an esky with ice bricks at your front door. Our driver will place any chilled items within the esky. If you don’t have an esky please let us know and we will provide alternative packaging.
We provide a contactless delivery service. However, our boxes can be quite heavy and we understand some of our customers may require assistance. Our drivers are happy to assist where required.
Unfortunately, due to current times. We are unable to collect and reuse the delivery boxes. These are 100% recyclable and we ask that you recycle these in your yellow residential bin.
If you live in a security building and will not be home for delivery please let us know. Unfortunately we cannot leave deliveries outside your apartment or in common areas.
Perhaps we could leave your delivery with a neighbour our family member. In any case, let us know your circumstances and we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.
